56 Miles-Just Tried to Keep Moving Forward
56 miles this weekend.
52 last week felt strong.
This one took a little more work.
Didn’t feel great through the back half,
but just stayed in it and kept movin
Some days are like that.
And sometimes those are the days that do more for you than the easy on
Days like this have a way of putting things in perspective.
